You can find us in our 3 Sport Harry shops in Montafon.

  • Sport Harry Valisera: The rental and boot-fitting shop is located directly opposite the Valisera/Grasjoch Bahn valley stations of the Silvretta Montafon ski resort. Many parking spots available.
  • Sport Harry Garfrescha: The rental, service and sled shop is right before the Garfrescha Bahn valley station.
  • Sport Harry village shop: In summer it is all about hiking and biking. In winter you will find our SPORT OUTLET MONTAFON here. The shop is located on Silvrettastr. 7, 6791 St. Gallenkirch (village centre, 50 m behind the church to the right, opposite the hotel-restaurant Adler). Parking right in front of the door.

Each year, our partner hotels get voucher codes from us, which they pass on to their guests. Inquire upon your arrival at your accommodation whether they are partners of Sport Harry in Montafon and have a voucher code that entitles you to discounts at SPORT 2000 rent.

You can redeem your voucher code in the corresponding field under the invoice details in the shopping cart. The field is labeled "Voucher code" and is located beneath the buttons for cancellation and breakage insurance.

Storage is only bookable on site - as long as some is available. We will happily take reservations at info@sportharry.at. If you have booked in one of our partner hotels, storage is free. You will receive a corresponding voucher at your accommodation. Customers who rent their equipment from us receive a 50% discount on storage.

An insurance or protection charge is not included for free when booking.

We recommend our Carefree Package: no deductibles in the event of loss or theft. With a flat insurance fee of € 7.00 for 1-2 days or € 15.00 from the 3rd day, the insured person pays no deductible. For children up to 10 years, the Carefree Package costs € 3.50 for 1-2 days or € 7.50 from the 3rd day.

During the booking process, you can easily change the booking by jumping between the different booking steps. If you have already completed the booking, please directly contact our SPORT 2000 rent team at the Austrian headquarters. Please provide your booking number and name.

Yes, your equipment will be ready to be picked up the day before at 15:00.

Within the same category, you can exchange the equipment in the shop once for free. Every further exchange, and an exchange for a higher category, will be charged.

Your personal information entered during the booking process on the website www.sport2000rent.com is exclusively used to process the booking, in line with the applicable national and European data protection regulations.

SPORT 2000 rent and Sport Harry in every case guarantee the confidentiality of your information and will not sell, rent or make it available to third parties. You can find out more about how your personal information is used in the Privacy Policy.

To ensure a fast and smooth rental process on site, and to reduce waiting times, you have to provide your physical data to Sport Harry during booking.

Body size and weight influence ski length and binding adjustments. The data provided must be correct to ensure a proper adjustment and directly affects your comfort and safety.

To book a specific ski type or model please get in touch with us. We are happy to take your requests, advise you and reserve the prefered model.

If both parents rent skis or snowboards, their children up to 10 years old get their equipment for the same period, including helmet, for FREE.

The booking confirmation is sent to the e-mail address you provided immediately after payment is concluded. The confirmation e-mail also includes your e-ticket for the booked rental equipment. The confirmation is usually sent 5-15 minutes after payment is concluded, but it can sometimes take up to 24 hours.

Please also check the spam folder of your inbox. If after 24 hours you still have not received confirmation from us, please contact the Sport 2000 support team. We will be happy to check your booking status for you. On site, you will only be handed out the rented equipment upon presentation of the e-ticket; this can be in digital or printed form.

During the booking process you can return to the shopping cart by selecting the respective booking step. Alternatively, you can use the "back" button of your browser. To change an already completed booking, please directly contact our SPORT 2000 rent support team.

You can cancel your booking by contacting the SPORT 2000 rent support team by phone at +43 7612 780 511 or by e-mail at office@sport2000rent.com. The cancellation costs depend on when you cancel and on whether you purchased cancellation insurance.
